When you use Rosenix, you agree to provide accurate information, follow all platform policies, and review AI suggestions before launching any campaign. Rosenix assists—you decide.
Results depend on factors beyond our control
Rosenix Media provides tools and recommendations to optimize your TikTok campaigns, but we cannot guarantee specific results. Campaign performance is influenced by market conditions, audience behavior, platform algorithm changes, budget allocation, creative quality, and competitive factors that fall outside the platform's scope.
TikTok Ads accounts and API access
When you connect your TikTok Ads account to Rosenix, you authorize us to access and manage campaigns through TikTok's Marketing API. You remain subject to TikTok's own terms, policies, and platform requirements at all times.
Connect and manage your TikTok ad accounts safely
When you use Rosenix, you authorize us to access your TikTok advertising account through the TikTok Marketing API. You control this access at any time and can revoke it whenever you need to.
You review and approve all campaign suggestions
Rosenix generates campaign recommendations using AI analysis of your TikTok account data and advertising goals. Every suggestion requires your manual review and approval before it runs. You maintain full control over what gets launched.
Fees, payments, and service access
Rosenix operates on a subscription basis. You're responsible for all charges incurred under your account. Non-payment may result in service suspension or termination.
How you can use Rosenix
You agree to use Rosenix only for lawful advertising purposes. Don't create false, deceptive, or harmful campaigns. Misuse of the platform puts your account at risk.
Your content stays yours
Rosenix Media owns and operates the platform technology. You retain full ownership of your business information, campaign assets, and creative materials.

Rosenix protects your business data and campaign information. We don't share what you tell us except when needed to deliver the service or as required by law.
Limitation of liability
Rosenix Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of our platform, tools, or services.
